February Favorites Blog Hop and Giveaway

February is one of my favorite teaching months.  We spend the month learning and discussing Valentine’s Day and Dinosaurs and all of the concepts and themes that go along with them!
 
Favorite Books
I revolve all of my lessons around literature.  The books below all have elements that tie in nicely to concepts and themes that I would work on in a preschool or kindergarten classroom.

Favorite Math and Literacy Center Units
My favorite February units are Dinosaurs and February Math and Literacy Centers.  The units are full of fun, colorful pictures that keep students engaged throughout the month of February.

Favorite Printables
My kids are really enjoying Dinosaur Math and Literacy Printables.  I love them, because you can use them any time of the year AND they are extra engaging for little boys and girls that love dinosaurs.
